David Coulter
Clinical and Operations Director
David Coulter is a clinical and therapeutic leader with a background in occupational therapy and specialist training in sensory integration. As Clinical and Operations Director at The O Education Group, he works to bring education, therapy and operational practice together in environments that respond to young people’s needs.
His experience includes specialist education, therapeutic services and online provision. He is interested in how multidisciplinary teams can work together so that therapy informs everyday practice and supports meaningful outcomes for young people who have faced barriers to education.
David’s approach is shaped by the view that effective support must adapt to the learner. At The O Education Group, he contributes to developing education and therapy systems that help young people feel supported and take part in learning.
