Michala Shannon leads admissions and family relationships at The O Education Group. She supports families as they explore the Group’s provision, through the admissions process and after a child joins.
Her role is to build positive, ongoing relationships with families and help make the admissions journey clear and considered. She works across the Group to connect families with the information and support they need as they decide whether a setting is right for their child.
