Charu Kashyap

Charu Kashyap is a senior leader in specialist education and children’s services. As CEO and Co-Founder of The O Education Group, she leads the development of education provision designed around children and young people whose needs may not be met by traditional settings.

Her career spans leadership roles across education, mental health and care. She has worked as Principal at The Priory Group, Managing Director of Sussex Educare, Clinical and Service Development Director at Advanced Childcare, Chief Operating Officer at InMind and CEO of The Esland Group. In these roles, her work has included clinical strategy, service development, operational delivery and organisational leadership.

Charu’s academic background combines psychology, law and school leadership. She holds an MA in Psychology and an LLB from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) through the National College of School Leadership.

At The O Education Group, Charu brings this experience together to build specialist education models that respond to children’s individual needs and help them develop, learn and thrive.
